Dolores Ellene "Dee" Okes (nee Butcher), 90, of Townville, South Carolina (Lake Hartwell), passed away on April 8, 2024, in Lawrenceville, GA. She was born on April 12, 1933.

Dee is survived by her son, Vic Okes and his wife, Debbie, her daughter, Sabrina Smith and her husband, Joe, her grandson, Brian Smith and his wife, Shannon, and her granddaughter, Lauren Okes. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Morgan Smith, Christian Smith, and Owen Anderson, as well as her brother, Vincent Butcher, and his wife, Audrey.

Dee was predeceased by her husband, Oscar Okes.

In keeping with her wishes, her ashes, along with those of her late husband, Oscar Okes, are to be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Folly Island, South Carolina.
