Dorothy Ann Pelchat, known affectionately as Dot, passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 82 in Lawrenceville, GA. Born on May 27, 1942, in Augusta, Maine, she was a daughter to the late Wilfred Thibodeau Sr. and Laura Ida Celestine Roy.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Gerard Pelchat Sr., her sister Madeline Mary Thibodeau, and her parents. She is survived by her loving children, Heather Laurie Pelchat, Eric Chandler Pelchat, and Arthur Gerard Pelchat Jr.; her cherished grandchildren, Gareth and Emily Pelchat; and her brother, Wilfred Thibodeau Jr.

Dorothy was a devoted member of the West Winder Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, where she found a strong community and faith that guided her throughout her life. She believed in a resurrection of the dead and a secure hope for the future that extends beyond the troubled world we live in now.

Dorothy will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the loving care she extended to all who knew her. Her friends and family look forward to the time when they will be reunited together again forever in a peaceful new world in the future.
