Ebony Zakia Hicks was born in Dougherty County; Albany, Ga on August 30, 1975, to Jimmy and Emma Williams.

She attended elementary and middle school in Cocoa, Florida while living with her uncle Clyde and aunt Mattie Harris. Went on to graduate high school from Augusta, Georgia while living with her uncle Orrealous Harris.

Ebony departed this life on December 2, 2024, due to a stroke that occurred on February 8, 2024.

Ebony leaves to cherish her memories; her mother and father, Emma and Jimmy Williams, Le'Chandre Bryant (sister), Brothers' Steven Hicks (twin), Michael Timpson, and Christopher Timpson (devoted caregiver); RosMika Harris (special cousin/devoted caregiver) and Shakeria Warren (cousin), Christian and Chyna Harris (Goddaughters). Along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and godchildren.
