George Rose Obituary

George Leonard Rose, 95, died peacefully on Sept. 17, 2022 after having a stroke in March of 2022.

George was a brick layer as well as a handy man, and he enjoyed working, doing projects, and staying busy. He had an amazing work ethic and a sense of humor. Although not good with technology later in life, he was able to walk / tour many streets of the world through YouTube videos.

George is survived by younger brothers: William (Pete) Rose, John Paul Rose, and Donald Philip (Phil) Rose, and is survived by his son, Vincent Ronald (Ron) Rose as well as his two grandchildren: Samuel M Rose and Evelyn N Rose. He was proceeded in death by his parents John Leonard Rose and Grace (nee Thomas) Rose, as well as by his sisters: Selma (Sally) Watko, Margie Forsgren, and Ruth Ann Picot.
