Kathy Louverne Uribe, a loving mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2025, at the age of 69, in Covington, GA. She was born in Orlando, FL, on September 5, 1955. She was full of strength, endurance, grace, and unwavering love to all who knew her. She was known for her big heart and accepted everyone for who they were.
Kathy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who worked tirelessly to provide for her family. She enjoyed spending time with the Lord, singing, coloring, and watching Murder She Wrote. She also found joy in baking, sewing, hosting parties, and spending time with family.
She is survived by her sisters, D. Rowena Galloway of Fruitland, FL, Donna Keefer of Orlando, FL, children, Katherine McCoy (Mark) of Apopka, FL, Charles Routh (Sherri) of Dade City, FL, Lonnie Allen (John) of Jackson, GA, Kassy Mathews (Branden) of Covington, GA, grandchildren, Breanna Swadley (Shawn) of Apopka, FL, Elijah Bell of Apopka, FL, Brittany Mobley (Brinson) of Jackson, GA, Sean Johnston of Red Oak, TX, Kelsey Scheg of Bradenton, FL, Ashlie-Marie Scheg of Anderson, IN, great-grandchildren, Robin Swadley of Apopka, FL, Morgan Swadley of Apopka, FL, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many cherished friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin & Katherine Ingram, siblings, Roger Ingram, Glenda & James Collins, Linda Dean Ingram, and child, Kimberly Johnston.
