Marlin Anthony Price, Jr (Tony), 59 of Monticello, GA received his heavenly wings on September 11, 2025. He was born on April 7, 1966 in Atlanta, Ga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marlin Anthony Price Sr, Margaret Annette Dawkins; and sister Tammy Price.
Marlin was also called Tony by family and friends, and known as Papa-T to his grandchildren. He attended McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Ga (Class of 84'). Tony was known as the "gutter man" around many parts of Georgia, as he started installing gutters at a young age and continued to do so throughout his life. He was very passionate about hunting, fishing, finding arrow heads and being outside in general. He was known in the hunting world as many people's mentor, as he loved sharing his knowledge of the great outdoors. He enjoyed playing his drums, and being around people. He could make friends with anyone that he met, and was a very loving husband. He was a great man of faith, and knew Jesus as his Lord and savior.
Tony leaves behind his wife, Lori Price of Monticello, Ga, two children, Troy Price and Marlayna Diaz (Geo Diaz), two stepchildren, Danielle Jordan (Matt Jordan) and Eddie Kitchens Jr (Victoria Travers), 9 grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jaylee, Brantley, Camden, Beau, Jace, Anastasia, Daniel and Ethan, three sisters, Janie Bruce, Nancy Shepherd, Cindy Gadberry, two brothers David Price and Michael Dawkins (Jennifer Dawkins), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will most likely be scheduled in the near future.
