Sarah (Bostwick) Phillips

LOCUST GROVE-It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of our mother/grandmother, Sarah Bostwick Phillips, 62, of Locust Grove, Georgia.  Sarah, surrounded by her family, passed away on August 13, 2020.  She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Bostwick Lindsey;  son, Mitchell Alvin Bostwick, III; son-in-law, Stan Lindsey, Jr.; grandson, Levi Tristan Lindsey;  a nephew, Billy Quinn; several aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.  Sarah (Granny) Phillips always greeted her loved ones and friends with a warm smile.  Even in her last years when she did not feel well, she continued to bring happiness to those around her.  Her spirit of kindness and love spilled out of her cup and into the lives of others.  We celebrate her life and are happy that she is whole again.  We are grateful for your phone calls, cards, texts, and support during this time.  A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  Please join us in sharing a fond memory of her through her obituary.
