William "Bill" Charles Hill, 67, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away on November 25, 2025, with his beloved wife by his side. Though his final days were challenging, his life will be remembered for the love, laughter, and quiet strength he shared with everyone around him.

Born to Robert Edward Hill and Goldie Irene Riggs, Bill grew up in a home where resources were modest but love and family were abundant. From a young age, he learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and caring for others. These are the lessons that guided him throughout his life. He often spoke fondly of his childhood and cherished the memories of his mother's home-cooked meals, which left a lasting impression on him and shaped the warmth and generosity he brought to his own family. Helping others came naturally to Bill; he offered his time, support, and care whenever it was needed, often without hesitation or thought of reward.

Bill found joy in the simple pleasures of life: tending to his yard, exploring antique shops, admiring classic cars, and appreciating his love for Asian decor. Although what he treasured most was time spent with his family. His presence brought comfort, his humor brought laughter, and his selfless spirit brightened every moment shared with those he loved.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Teresa Hill; his daughters, Tina Hill and Tabatha Hill; and Christopher Jackson, whom he embraced as a son. He also leaves his granddaughter, Mackenzie Hill; his brothers, Victor Hill and Robert Hill; and his sisters, Alma Hill and Minnie Lemasters.

He was preceded in death by his sisters Shirley Hill, Ramona Hill, and Virginia Hill.

Bill's life was a gift to all who knew him. Full of laughter, compassion, and an unwavering willingness to help others. In keeping with his wishes, his family will celebrate his life at a later date, remembering him not with sorrow, but with gratitude for every moment shared and the lasting impact of his presence.
